My israeli talent banned from playing (14/01/2009 21:57)
It is sad of course. My talented player Yoel Elimelech (20 years old, 82 quality) from israel was expected to enter my team as a substitute some matches this season. But because of the israeli racist war against the palestine people, the massacres of innocent children, bombing of schools and hospitals and the israeli use of weapons and force way beyond international and human rights, the board of my team has decided the player to be excluded from playing cups and in the league. The player says to his defence that he shouldn't be punished because of his terrorist regime. The manager says that's true, but now every actors at international arenas got to use any diplomatic force and reactions to tell Israel that they got to stop the massacre. The manager also considers to list Yoel Elimelech for transfer if israel continues the slaughtering.

11th season (29/12/2008 21:08)
I'am kind of hooked. I've invested some time creating my team. Now I am in the 3rd div/ dept 1 and ready to fight for avancement after a drop-out in the last qualification last season. My team is built and are now growing up with an average line-up at 26-27 oldies, 87/88 q. I got some youngsters to fill up the elders the coming up seasons, but not far enough to meet a total shift of generation in five sesons. I need more money, and I need to establish THIS team in the second division with some more income to prepare the future. I could sell the few world-class players to by the future now, but I don't dare to risk a great line up, and later give up playing. My target is now to buy a youngster now and then as I've done all the time to make a continuisly high level. As I look upon other teams I should be quit satisfied about my team getting that skilled in only 11 seasons.

It's getting serious (22/05/2008 10:45)
My second season has started. After six matches I am on top, with a marvelous goal-difference. I want to give kudos for the developers, this is a game for higher levels of addiction. It is frustrating when players don't improve. It is joyful when a talented player gains more skills and makes it on the grass. I hate my low accounts and wonder where I can find a button to forward stadium upgrades. The transfer market is a real fight, and I must say, I must have been some clever and lucky when I look upon my team which will reach an average quality of 80 within two more seasons if I continue.

This game is huge. A great advantage of those who started early and manages to keep themselves up in higher divisions. As in real football they got the stadiums, the money, the knowhowskills, the secrets, the buddies and they're suctioning the lower divitions for great and young talents. Of course I am a bit jealous and sad because it's hard to even advance to the 4th division for a new player as me. Of course I realize that my morale will fall when I have to fight to survive any higher division. But at the same time, this is how it really is, and makes the game this great and adictive.

I am on top. The last season I played qualification. I lost, but I never wanted to win. I needed some more time in the 5th. But now my target has changed. It is getting serious. Give me this damn talented, qualified midfielder i miss, please, and my team is ready to win div5, dep 10.

Young attacker secures play-off (12/05/2008 12:09)
He's been the dissapointment of this season, until the last and final round. Suddenly "Kokken", the young attacker, plays him self to be the man of the math, securing a great victory and play-offs for the 4th division. "Kokken has made great improvement in the latest friendlies and seems to be a great player for the next season. He is still on the transferlist and will be considered sold if the bid is high enough and the buyers seem to be a serious team. Now there is showdown at Old Trafford. Noldus FK is playing the play-off against a team with a great history and a lot of prices, Manchester Unitetd, Noldus FK lost away against them and made draw at home. They're difficult to pass, but not impossible. They need to pass my defenses hard tackles and the team is trained for off-side-traps.I am still not sure if my team is ready for the 4th division. This was my first season and I am really behind the most teams playing in higher divisions when it comes to stadium upgrades and skilled players. My first eleven will make some great results, but one or two injured players, some banned, and I am ****ed. EDIT: I lost the match. Wasn't close.

Team analyzis (07/05/2008 12:13)
It is already clear that this was a great season, but I am already prepared to stay another one in the 5th division, even though I am holding the 3rd at the moment. It can't be done to take out the strong 2nd place in an eventually qualification. My first eleven improved 4-5 pst this season. The main reason for this was the sellout of my favourite and missed attacker, just 18 years old, for 70m. But this made it possible to by several players, far away that talented, but more experienced and some to build for the future.

I've realized that there are skills outside of the visible skills. The player of the year is actually medium skilled in my first eleven and just 18 years old and 72q. The big dissapointment is my talented attacker at 19y/ 75q. He has never been close to satisfy this season. The only reason for letting him play is to improve his skills and hope that the system in this game just is ****ing up randomly seasons for a player.

Keepers
My young keeper has made a great season for his age. He's just 20 and already got 91 keeping skills. But I will consider him to be put on the transferlist if he don't improve his perception during the first half of the next season. My second keeper will be replaced whit an elder one and more skilled during the next year.

Defenders
I am wounderable behind. Sometimes I need to instruct them to make hard tackles, in turn they get banned, and there are weak links by the substitutes. I bought two young players with suitable skills for my team, hoping their improvement will play them into the first eleven as soon as possible.

Midfielders
I am satisfied with my vings, but need the elders to hit the target. Looking at the playing points this is my strongest link and they understand and follow my strategy.

Attackers
Most managers focus on using their money to by incane players at top. I didn't. I've got to experienced, suitable players, scoring the neccesary goalies. But what the f.... is the problem with my 19y/75q attacker? This is another weakness. I only got two other substitutes, but they're young and not skilled enough to handle the level in my division.

Unfortanetly I realize that one or two of my younger and talented players need to be transfered soon. I need the money.

3rd place! (07/05/2008 11:53)
After great wins and draws against  the rival teams I've suprisingly climbed up at 3rd place. But there is a ratrace behind with three teams chasing my as. My fixtures is a bit more easy than the rest, but I've just finished the toughest part of this season and my team is tired at the moment. Three new players have entered the team. Two young ones for the next seasons and one older for improving my first eleven. I lost the semifinal in the department cup against the sovereign winner of the department. When he's gone next season my target will surely be to take home my first prize by winning the cup.

4th place :) (30/04/2008 10:51)
So far an impressive season. My department in fifth division is quite divided. There seems to be nothing to do with the two teams at the top. Suprisingly I am up there fighting for the 3.-5. place. A top-five-result is awsome. My team is not even close to be a candidate to survive in a higher division at my second season, and my target is actually not to make it.

I've lost four and made one draw. Three of the losses was against number 1,2 and 3 playing away. The last match was a unespected loss against one of the teams at the bottom.

Classy attacker left me - in need of a new (30/04/2008 10:46)
After some panic in the beginning because of a difficult transfermarket and no cash, Noldus FK managed to secure two important eldies with qualities fit to improve the team to be captains and manage the freekicks. The best talent, a 18 year old attacker, was sold for 70mill. I am really sorry that he had to leave, but I needed the money and couldn't afford to reject. I bought a really nice defender with great skills and he's still young. Now I am in desperate need of a new goalgetter to play for the future, but the head of economics says we got to be patient and wait for a deal below or close to origin value.

So here it is. I am looking for an attacker with skills between 75-79, 19-20 years old. I need him to be fit and clever, because he will be playing side by side with another young attacker that makes his shots and raids but there's no way he'll be a future captain or taker of penalties.

I've gained experience through my foults (18/04/2008 14:47)
I've recently joined the game and managed to raise the team from bottom to the tenth in fifth divisjon, luckily, or else I would have quitted before it started. In the beginning I made some bad mistakes. I was told that I should sack all my bad players down to twenty to improve my economy. I am not sure if that is very clever because it reduces the opportunities to make friendly matches without tearing the fitnes of the players below 90 pst. And I didn't realize the great quality and realizm of the game. I sacked all the elders, looked at their low value in stead of consider their quality and experience, left back with a young and non-experienced team. Great pfilosophy for the future, but not a strategy of reaching the 3rd division within four seasons.

Well. I sacked the elders, I've gained the experience, and are fighting for 75-77 pst rated players between 30-33. I am patient. Every time my bidding ends close to the original value because I know those players is just an expence, never an object to sell again. I've not yet won a bidding of a quality-player at this age, and I am now a bit sorry for my bad choice at the beginning.

Maybe I got to lower my ambitions, buying elders rated 70-73 pst. We'll see. I give it five rounds. To reach the qualification for the 4th division I need them. -and I already got the team to survive.
