Hello guys,

 

I want to share my few knowledge about the secrets to raise youths and make your team.

 

You can came with additional tips & tricks  I will put them here.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Want to train youth and than sell it ?

 

Steps:

 

1. Sell all players from your actual team who have : less than 30 years old, under 4 stars.

 

2. Keep 4-5 Old GK

 

3. When season starts  buy  Q  70- 72+  Att, Mid Def with between 4-5 stars ( scout 5 to 10 times to be sure)

 

4. Buy them on the free market or on transfer list but don't pay more than 20 mil above his value

 

5. Make sure you buy 3-4 players every season and don't keep them more than 1 to 3 seasons

 

6. Make sure you have 3 young on the field and the average age of your 11 team is above 27 yo when you play friendlies

 

7. Play 100 friendlies - 4-6 friendlies/ round 

 

8 Play sets after every league mach, you can write on Friendlies Forum to play sets with other players    (THREAD:78076)  and spend only 100 credits/season

 

9 Play sets with players who have the Q of the team equal or higher than yours

 

10.You have to sell your players on the transfers forum and watch the active trasfers to see who buy, what he buy and at what price to make your players transfer price lower.

 

11.You can sell players with  good and fair money 

 

12. Pay attention on taxes !!  more than 100 mil profit means 50% taxes but next season you can buy more and sell more, or you can change it to credits

 

13. Play weekend cup's

 

14. Set your training camp to extreme 

 

15. You need pacience and luck ;)

Aditional to my advices, here is how you can play your friendlies/sets.

 

If you have 2- 3 young in same position:

 

3 DEF  play in  formation 5-3-2

3 ATT play in  formation 4 3 3

3 MID in  formation  3 5 2 or 4-4-2

 

 

I've played most friendly matches :

 

4-4-2 mixt presure NORMAL tackling SOFT ! Offisde trap.

 

Event's :

 

30 MINUTES STYLE Continental

 

45 MIN Change MID,ATT,DEF

 

60 MIN STYLE MIXT

 

75 MIN STYLE LONG BALL

 

 

In cup and league matches I can't reveal my tactics, only that you can use Normal Tackling, the players who have low Percepetion will make a lot of faults and they will receive yellow and red cards.

 

USE :  STORE      To check in every friendly how much your players grow !  

 

Don't worry  :  In 1 match they  can gain 10 attributes or 0,  but when season ends you get the same result !

 

 

 

How I know witch players to buy ?

 

First season

 

 

When season starts go to the free market and search every 20 seconds for :  Q 70+   ATT MID DEF 

 

My advice is to buy 2 ATT and 1-2 MID's

 

Only 4-5 stars players, but  scout them 5-10 times to be sure, and pay atention to the main atribute, shooting, tackling or passing to be low and the perception high, at least 60.

 

When they will have  17- 18 yo and Q 77-81 or   after 21 yo  sell them with good money.

 

Second season

 

Repeat the above and buy an aditional DEF  and repace the players that you sold

 

We will do this at least for 10 seasons!

 

 

Scouting  players and  how can i see if they will be 4 - 5 stars ?

 

 

 

 

You will see that when you scout he indicate only 4, 4,5 or 5 stars if after 2 scouts you will have 1-2-3 stars STOP! if after 5-6-10 scouts will show you 4 to 5 stars there is 90% changes that he will have that stars.

 

Onestly I've spent 30- 40 mil/season only for scouts!

 

You have to make a selection :

 

1 Step : At 20 seconds repeat the search on free market 

 

2 Step Make 2 scouts on every player Q 70+ in free market 

 

3 Step Scout again the players who have after 2 scout, 4 to 5 star

 

4  Step  Buy the player with the most constant  4-5 stars after 5-10 scouts 

 

In 90 % of cases the 5 stars player will never show to you  1-3 stars when you scout it.

 

How can train your Teamstats ? 

 

Teamstats : In conclusion you need to do following:

 

1. Buy max 4 players/season

2. At training sesion  keep 7-8 players without rest ( in general Keepers and 1 from every position)

3.  Make Training camps at  Extreme  

 

4. Keep 4 atribute to train for 5-8 rounds, after that you can change them to train another 4.

 

 

 

 

 

MOST IMPORTANT STADIUM UPGRADES  WHEN YOU  WANT TO TRAIN YOUTHS 

 

Stadium capacity  - to sustain the team with money

 

Shop - to sustain the team with money

 

Restaurant - to sustain the team with money

 

Youth-academy -to receive a good youth when season starts

 

Training-facilities - to train your stats and team

1.) Number of matches - echipa care a jucat cele mai putine meciuri in club (doua premii);

2.) Best player - echipa care a crescut cel mai mult un jucator la Q indiferent de varsta (doua premii);

3.) 200 Friendly - echipa care are un jucator cu 200 amicale jucate - primii care posteaza pe forum (doua premii);

4.) First Round - echipa care este eliminata de cele mai multe ori din turul 1 (un premiu);

5.) Born finalist - echipa care a jucat cele mai multe finale in cadrul clubului (un premiu);

6.)  - echipa care primeste cele mai putine cartonase intr-o sesiune (un premiu);

7.) Last Defense - echipa care primeste cele mai multe goluri intr-o sesiune (un premiu);

8.) First Attack - echipa care inscrie cele mai multe goluri intr-o sesiune (un premiu).

9.)  Premiu  special din partea   Poli Timisoara1921   20 de credite   ( cel mai spectaculos meci)

 

Observatii:

1.) Premiile (in valoare de 15 credite fiecare) se acorda la sfarsitul fiecarui sezon ManagerLeague;

2.) Daca nu ati participat la o cupa din cele 16 din diverse motive fara a aduce un inlocuitor, nu veti primi nici un premiu pentru acel sezon  ManagerLeague.

3.) Nu se acorda premii echipelor care au incalcat regulamentul.
