Now I have decided I dont have the patience to train more youngsters. Im going to spend my money buffer and buy an older backbone for the team. A defender is already purchased and one or two midfielders will be bought a.s.a.p. This will bring my average age above 24 on the starting eleven and make my team ready to next season try to qualify for the first division. Just beeing promoted to division two my team has started about as I would expect. Not winning all, but also showing themselves no pushovers. Hence this will be a middle year for my team and my aim will be developing so I can take the leap up to division 1 next season or the season after that.
